Shipping Policy

GlamFans utilizes and partners with an array of shipping carriers to ensure speedy and safe delivery of your product. Below is a breakdown of our shipping methods and policies.

Domestic Shipping Methods

FREE GROUND SHIPPING for orders over $20.00
Delivery time for North America is 2 to 8 business days*                                

REGULAR GROUND $5.00 for orders under $20.00
Delivery time for North America is 2 to 8 business days*                               

RUSH DELIVERY $10.00
Deliver time for North America is 2 to 3 business days*                                 

OVERNIGHT $25.00
Delivery time next day. Orders placed Sat/Sun will be shipped Monday.

*Delivery is via US Postal Service and delivery times are not guaranteed
*Orders being shipped to FPO, APO, and P.O. Boxes are ONLY delivered via US Postal Service

International Shipping Methods

INTERNATIONAL $35.00
Countries and States outside of the Continental United States and U.S. Territories are considered International and therefore must utilize International Shipping.

Damaged Shipments

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process.

Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise. This requires a joint effort on both parties (you and us), therefore, please inspect the package upon receipt for damage. If it's not reported at time of shipment, it makes it very difficult to prove otherwise.

Back Orders

We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.

Refused Shipments

Packages that have been shipped and refused, will not be issued a refund. Do to Customs regulations abroad, we are not responsible for packages that are kept, withheld, discarded, or destroyed. No refunds will be issued.

GLAMFANS RETURN POLICY

 Customized items are not returnable as they are custom made for you.  Prior to placing your order, please ensure all customization information is correct, i.e. sequin color, rhinstone color, letters, etc.  If you have any questions about an item, please contact GlamFans pri0r to ordering.  Items that are NOT customized and are IN UNUSED AND PERFECT CONDITION may be exchanged for store credit only if returned in 10 calendar days from date of delivery.   You must first recive authorization via email to return such item(s) by emailing GlamFans.com.

Due to health code regulations no returns will be accepted on any products that have been worn or used and are no longer in perfect manufacturer’s condition

Please include the following with your return:
- copy of email authorization to return item from Stacy Snyder or January Littlejohn.
If you purchased the hair accessory, please include a copy of your receipt.  If you received the hair accessory as a gift, please include the name and address of the gift-giver and the approximate date of purchase.

 Missing or Incorrect items  

  • If an item ordered is not received in a shipment or is incorrect, please contact GlamFans within 5 business days via phone, fax or email. The missing item(s) or incorrect item(s)  will be shipped as soon as possible following notification to GlamFans.com.
  • All claims of missing or incorrect items will be investigated by GlamFans.com and/or shipping providers. GlamFans reserves the right to deny claims of missing or incorrect items based on the results of our investigation.  
  • Missing & incorrectly shipped items will be replaced with the identical item originally ordered, subject to availability.  Shipping will be paid for by GlamFans for the replacement item as well as return shipping fees for the incorrect item. Choice of shipping method used to send any replacement or missing items will be at the discretion of GlamFans. Customer shipping fees to be reimbursed by GlamFans must be pre-approved via email.  Under no circumstances will a refund be issued in the form of cash, check or credit.
  • In the case that product availability is an issue, a substitution or store credit for the missing items equal to the sale price of the item will be applied upon approval from the customer.

Order Processing

Payment is due upon receipt of order. Products will not be shipped until payment is received. Items will be shipped to the designated recipient upon completion. At times, certain items on the website may be unavailable or backordered. If an item on your order is unavailable or backordered, GlamFans will contact you. At that time, you may choose to keep the item on your order, replace the item or remove the item from your order.
